Chord Overstreet and Harry Shum Jr. told my colleague and I all about their behind the scenes game “psychiatrist.” What is it? Who is the best? Click to find out!

I love my job.

@DamianMcginty’s interview with The Huffington Post.

Because your character is living with Brittany, you’ve been spending a lot of time with Heather Morris. What has that been like?

Heather is incredible. My very first scene that I ever did on “Glee” was with Heather, and she was just so welcoming. I feel like Heather is the smart version of Brittany. She just has some incredible one-liners. She’s one of the funniest girls I’ve ever met. And of course, she’s gorgeous, so that always helps.

Heather is also an incredible dancer, and I know that you’re not a very good dancer. So has she given you any tips?

She hasn’t yet! But now that you’ve mentioned it to me, I might go onto set tomorrow and ask her for a tip. There hasn’t been a Rory and Brittany scene where she teaches him how to dance. I don’t think that there will be a happy ending to that story. Trust me, I got over the fact a very long time ago that I can’t dance, and I never will be able to dance. I just blame it on Rory now. I say, “Listen guys, Rory can’t dance, so I really can’t show off my true dancing skills.”

You’ve also had a few scary scenes with Naya Rivera, who plays Santana.

Now, Naya, she’s amazing, but she really scares me sometimes. I’ve done a lot of scenes with Naya, and every last one of them is terrifying.

Has anyone in the cast had trouble understanding your accent?

It’s been a pretty smooth ride with my accent, but there is one person who doesn’t quite understand me. I don’t know if she does this on purpose, but it’s pretty funny. Lea literally, after everything I say, will look at me like I have three heads. She just does not understand anything I say. It’s very funny. I think I have to repeat everything twice to Lea. Other than that, it’s been pretty smooth, which I totally didn’t expect.

So, we’re all a little obsessed with Glee’s newest heartthrob Damian McGinty. And here’s why… via his interview with AOL TV

1. Lea Michele doesn’t understand him!

2. He’s BFFs with Heather Morris — but he’s actually afraid of Naya Rivera

Okay guys, I’m interviewing Damian this week, so please message me your questions! His premiere episode of ‘Glee’ airs Nov. 1.

Who’s psyched?! (I totally am!)

You make a such a great redhead. Were you apprehensive at first? Because red can be kind of tricky to pull off.

It was really shocking at first! Red can be a very restrictive hair color, whereas blondes can really be offered anything. But I’ve grown to really love it. You know, the hair makes it easier to play my character. It gets me into the right mindset and really gives off that vamp-y vibe.

Now, before you made the change, when you were still wholesome and blonde, what attracted you to the role of Moira?

Originally, I just auditioned for it, and I really responded to the role because she was the type of person that I’ve never played before. She’s extremely sexual and a little devious as well, so that was something that I really wanted to explore as an actor. I actually hadn’t read the script before I got the part. They were keeping everything secret.

She seems like one of the more mysterious characters, too. What more can you tell me about her?

It’s particularly hard at this stage to talk about my character. She is a bit of a mystery. Frances Conroy and I obviously play the same person, the maid of the house. She plays the older version, and I play the younger version. Certain people see me, and then there are certain people that see her. It all takes place in present time, so it can get confusing, but that’s what makes it interesting. You’re not sure what’s real or what’s not or what’s happening.

But the two sides you and Frances Conroy play couldn’t be more different, right?

Well we are the same person, but I obviously play the younger version, and I think that people really tend to develop in different ways over time, so even though we play the character very different, we are the same person. There were a few scenes where we had to have similar mannerisms, but ultimately I was doing my own thing.

I dunno about you guys but I am definitely excited to see the Battle of the Awkward Dancers between Damian Mcginty and Cory Monteith

I’m calling it right now…Damian’s first song on GLEE is going to be “Feeling Good.” I think Cory was giving us a hint :)

And your life is also changing too. You have to move thousands of miles away from home. Now that you have to find a place in Los Angeles, are those rumors of you and Cameron moving in together true?
That is so true. We’re going to be roommates! The guys at “Glee” are actually trying to set us up with an apartment at the moment. We’re going to be close to Paramount Studios because I don’t drive, and I can’t rent a car here because I’m only 18. It’s so ridiculous. So I’m just going to get a bicycle or something.

So “The Glee Project” winner needs a bicycle to get to work?
Exactly! That’s no joke. I wish I was kidding, but I’m not! So yeah, they’re trying to get an apartment for us, and we’ll plan up until around Christmas time—we’ll see what happens and how both of our careers are going. I don’t want to be a flash in a pan who only gets seven episodes. Obviously, I’m thrilled with seven episodes, of course, but when you get this chance, you don’t want to let it go. I want to grasp this with both hands, and I’m going to work hard.
